Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

In this notice, “Kramaxis”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kramaxis Algorithmics Pvt. Ltd.. We decide why and how the information described below is used.

2. What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect what you choose to give us:

• your name, organisation and work email;
• your phone number, if you add it;
• the area you are interested in and your message;
• a record that you ticked the consent box.

Our web host also records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. If you email, call or message us, we keep what you send. This website is not meant for sensitive personal data or confidential client records.

3. Why we use it

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation;
• to understand the business need you describe and decide whether our services fit;
• to keep ordinary business records;
• to protect the form and website against spam and misuse.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on uses the law allows without consent, such as establishing or defending a legal claim. We do not add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send marketing, we will ask you separately first.

4. How the enquiry form works

When you press Send, your details go to our own website server and are emailed to our business mailbox (kramaxis@kramaxis.com). We also send an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you gave. The website does not keep enquiries in a database. To limit spam, we keep a short-lived technical record, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, for about one hour.

5. Who we share it with

Only people and providers who need it to run the website and handle your enquiry. Our website hosting and business email are provided by Hostinger. We may also share information with professional advisers, or where the law requires, or to deal with fraud, security or legal claims. We do not sell your details. We do not put enquiry details into AI models for training.

6. Where it is processed

Hosting and email are provided by Hostinger. Depending on the data-centre location of our hosting plan, information may be processed outside India. We remain responsible for how we handle your information, and we choose providers that apply security measures appropriate to this kind of data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, the contract and the law decide what we keep and for how long. We may keep a minimal record for longer if the law requires it, or to deal with a legal claim. Then we delete it.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS. Access to our mailbox and website is limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers or confidential customer or employee records through the form. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and why;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent (this is as easy as giving it);
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act.

Email info@kramaxis.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within one month. Some information may need to stay with us where the law requires it.

10. Grievance Officer

Write to the Grievance Officer with any concern or complaint about how we handle your information. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint provisions under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 are in force.

11. Children

This website is for business users. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Cookies, tracking and links

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and it does not set cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties. If we add analytics, embedded media or other tools later, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice. Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy notices.

13. Changes to this notice
